Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing clear, accurate, and timely solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs, offering empathetic and professional support to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, processing transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision.
  • Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with blithequark.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in our industry.
  • Support team operations during peak times or absences, helping to maintain seamless service and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and care.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting, as required by blithequark and our clients.
  • Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training, ensuring that you are able to participate fully in our virtual training and support programs.
  • Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, with a minimum upload and download speed of 50 Mbps.
  • Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection, ensuring that you are able to work safely and efficiently from home.
  • Equipment: blithequark will provide all necessary computer equipment, including a laptop, headset, and software, to ensure that you have the tools and resources you need to succeed in this role.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using web-based applications and software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
