Your daily activities will include a mix of inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and completing necessary paperwork. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Make outbound calls to clients and potential clients to promote our services and benefits, setting appointments and performing presentations as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure our service standards are consistently met

Qualifications and Skills
