Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to delivering exceptional customer service. These include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

  • Upholding company values by providing honest, ethical, and transparent support, maintaining confidentiality of customer data and company policies, and staying informed about product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Working closely with team members and leadership to improve service processes, participating in ongoing training to enhance skills, and providing feedback to improve company policies and customer experience strategies.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail, call center, or hospitality environment.

In order to work from home, you will need to have your own full-size or all-in-one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer that meets the minimum specifications outlined below.

  • Operating Systems: Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, or Mac IOS 12 or newer.
  • Random Access Memory (RAM): 6 GB RAM or higher, with 8 GB or higher recommended.
  • Internal Storage: Enough free space available to install needed systems and run these systems effectively.
  • Display/Monitor: Minimum optimal screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.
  • Devices and peripherals: External mouse, keyboard, webcam, and USB headset (wired required).
