Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide information, answer questions, and resolve concerns
- Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, promoting our products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Participate in quality control activities, including call monitoring and coaching, to ensure high-quality customer service
