Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hiring
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills, a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $15.00 - $16.50, plus performance incentives.
