About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance, and providing them with personalized solutions to meet their unique needs. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct application data entry, online chat inquiries, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Utilize extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date with industry developments and blithequark's products and services
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of employment
- Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
- Commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
- Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet and a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Be available to work from home with a reliable and secure internet connection
Essential Qualifications
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated and success-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
