The Customer Care Representative will be an integral part of our team, responsible for handling incoming customer and branch calls, providing professional administrative and telephone support, and delivering first-call resolution. You will work closely with customers, branch personnel, and our Shared Services team to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative and telephone support for incoming customer and branch phone calls, delivering first-call resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle general questions concerning statements, correspondence, and other inquiries related to supply accounts, installment accounts, and branch inquiries.
- Update the automated credit card system for account changes accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls.
- Process customer credit card or electronic check payments by phone accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls.
- Act as a liaison between branch offices and our Financial Shared Services team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Strong customer orientation with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette and a pleasant, friendly attitude.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute positively to the Financial Shared Services team environment, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills, with a great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer navigation and working with several software programs simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a commitment to blithequark's values and professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- SAP experience, with the ability to navigate and utilize the system effectively.
- Financial Services experience, with a understanding of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including 10:00 am - 7:00 pm CT.
