These include: * **Work From Home**: Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace that meets our requirements. * **Full Time Employment**: Commit to a 40-hour workweek, with opportunities to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment. * **Competitive Pay**: Earn a starting hourly rate of $14, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan. * **Shift Differential**: Enjoy a $1.50 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6PM-6AM, and a $1.00 per hour weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday shifts between 6am-6pm. * **Incentive Plan**: Participate in our incentive plan, which rewards you for meeting performance metrics such as call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence. * **Career Growth**: Take advantage of opportunities to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment. * **Benefits**: Enjoy comprehensive benefit options, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. **What You’ll Do** As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * **Efficiently Managing High-Volume Calls**: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. * **Listening Actively and Providing Clear Information**: Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their queries. * **Accessing Cardholder Accounts**: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies. * **Assisting with Transactions and Account Statuses**: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, using your technical skills to navigate multiple screens and applications. * **Communicating Effectively**: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations. * **Maintaining In-Depth Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. * **Supporting Team Operations**: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service. **What We’re Looking For** We're seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our three-to-six-week paid training period.
