**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and through chat. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
* Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus!
