As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a culture that empowers you to grow, learn, and thrive. **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * **Work From Home**: Enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from the convenience of your own home. * **Full Time Employment**: Commit to a 40-hour workweek and enjoy the stability and security of full-time employment. * **Competitive Pay**: Earn a competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan. * **Shift Differential**: Receive a $1.50 per hour shift differential for working between 6PM-6AM, and a $1.00 per hour weekend shift differential for working on Saturdays and Sundays. * **Incentive Plan**: Earn up to an additional $350 per month by meeting performance metrics, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence. * **Career Growth**: Enjoy opportunities to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment. * **Benefits**: Take advantage of comprehensive benefit options, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. **What You’ll Do** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * **Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls**: Handle multiple calls simultaneously, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. * **Listening actively to understand customer needs**: Use your empathetic and professional demeanor to understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their issues. * **Accessing cardholder accounts**: Use our web-based applications to access customer accounts and provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies. * **Assisting cardholders with inquiries**: Help customers with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, using your technical skills to navigate multiple screens and applications. * **Processing transactions efficiently**: Use our web-based applications to process transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring seamless service to our customers. * **Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner**: Use your excellent communication skills to connect with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. * **Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company and client programs**: Stay up-to-date on company and client policies, programs, and technology to provide accurate and informed support to customers. * **Supporting team operations**: Assist your team during peak times or absences to ensure seamless service to our customers. **What We’re Looking For** We are seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our three-to-six-week paid training period.
