Our company culture values individuality, creativity, and innovation, and we are committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. **The Role** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. You will provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes, and entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system.
