**Responsibilities**
As a Fully Online Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits to provide personalized support and guidance
* Scheduling and conducting detailed virtual benefit reviews via Zoom to ensure clients understand their coverage and benefits
* Guiding clients through the benefits enrollment process, answering questions, and addressing concerns
* Completing a report card for each client after their benefits review to track progress and identify areas for improvement
**Essential Qualifications**

* Strong communication skills for effective client interaction, including active listening, empathy, and clear articulation
