As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and clear information about our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
* Providing accurate and clear information about our products and services
* Helping customers understand and manage their benefit packages effectively
* Maintaining professionalism and a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions
* Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction

**What We're Looking For**

* Prior experience in customer service (we'll train the right person!)

* Comfortable working with computer systems, customer service software, and CRM tools
* A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
