**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Home Medical Equipment**

**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and families. You will be responsible for responding to call inquiries, promoting our organization's products and services, and making outbound calls to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. You will work closely with our team to maintain proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs, and events, as well as physician and service referrals provided by the call center.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to call inquiries from patients and families, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promote blithequark's products and services, including home medical equipment and supplies, to patients and families
* Make outbound calls to patients and families to ensure that they receive the highest level of care and support
* Maintain proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs, and events, as well as physician and service referrals provided by the call center
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies and processes
* Provide excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
**Experience and Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Secondary education in a health-related field is desired
* Five years' experience in customer service, administrative, sales, or communication-related field in a fast-paced environment is required
* Clinical environment experience is desired
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required
* Demonstrates good listening skills
* Service representatives must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
