**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Remote CSR, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy, and procedures, and protocols, including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.
* Tracking and documenting all inquiries using the applicable systems.
* Completing associated tasks according to the established guidelines.
* Meeting Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
* Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
* Transferring/referencing consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
* Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
* Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
* Attending meetings and trainings as requested and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.
**Minimum Requirements**
To qualify for this role, you must:
* Have a High school diploma or GED and 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Demonstrate strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
* Possess resilience and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
* Exhibit effective time management and organizational skills.
* Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Show proficiency in navigating multiple systems and using technology.
* Display excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Reside in the state of Kansas.
**Home Office Requirements**
As a Remote CSR, you'll need to:
* Have reliable high-speed internet service.
* Meet minimum download speeds of 20 Mbps and shared internet connectivity of 50 Mbps.
* Meet minimum upload speeds of 5 Mbps.
