Drayage Dispatcher

Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Intermodal Drayage Dispatcher to join our reputed company operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Port reputed company reputed company systems, terminal operations, and reputed company coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient turn times, container tracking, and on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and manage daily drayage operations for import and export containers. • Monitor Port reputed company reputed company systems (Bayport & Barbours Cut) for container availability, holds, and release statuses. • Assign, schedule, and reputed company drivers to ensure maximum efficiency and port turn productivity. • Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff to reputed company reputed company-time updates and resolve issues. • Troubleshoot operational challenges such as chassis shortages, port delays, or equipment issues. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company activity, container status, and load documentation. Requirements • Experience: 2+ years of intermodal or drayage dispatching preferred. • Knowledge: • Familiarity with Port reputed company systems (reputed company, Emodal, Bayport, Barbours Cut). • Understanding of reputed company reputed company/TMS platform is a plus. • Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. • Technical: Proficient with reputed company/TMS software and reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace. • Plus: • CDL-A or previous truck driving experience. • Basic understanding of truck mechanics and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of FMCSA Regulations, including DQ File Management Compensation • Competitive reputed company salary (commensurate with experience). • Career reputed company opportunities reputed company a rapidly expanding regional drayage reputed company.
