Company Overview About Us Brass Valley is a family-owned, New England–based business specializing in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD). In simple terms: we help companies turn their unused laptops, desktops, and servers into cash while ensuring all data is securely destroyed. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years, and now we’re looking for a friendly, motivated part-time telemarketer to join our team. The Role This role is ideal for a mom (or anyone!) looking for steady part-time work during school hours. You’ll be reaching out to businesses to introduce our buyback program. Don’t worry — we’ll provide the call lists, scripts, and full training. Your job is simply to start the conversation, explain the basics, and set up next steps with our team. What You’ll Do • Make outbound calls to businesses using provided call lists. • Use Brass Valley’s scripts to share information about our IT buyback program. • Schedule follow-up meetings or gather equipment lists for valuation. • Keep notes in our system about calls and conversations. What We’re Looking For • A friendly, professional personality and a clear phone presence. • Prior sales or telemarketing experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right fit. • Comfortable working independently and sticking to a schedule. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home.
