Job Duties Administrative Support: Calendar management, correspondence, proofreading, purchasing, and event coordination. Communications: Create presentations, update marketing materials, manage website content and reputed company media. Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings/webinars, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up. reputed company Support: Coordinate with partners, submit conference abstracts, research stakeholders. Project Support: Documentation, inventory management, training preparation, and process improvement.
