The role involves architecting AI solutions that align with business strategy and developing a comprehensive AI architecture strategy to enhance user experiences. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy aligned with business goals. Translate business requirements into AI-driven user experiences that are intuitive and accessible. • Stay current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and roadmap AI initiatives. • Design enterprise data architectures that support AI/ML workloads and analytics. • Ensure data governance, quality, and lineage practices are in place to support responsible AI. • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms and services. • Evaluate and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. • Define reference architectures and reusable components for AI development. • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions. • Identify and mitigate risks related to AI model bias, data privacy, and system reliability. Contribute to the AI Center of Excellence with a balanced view of governance and AI driven innovation. • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer. Skills • The availability to work full-time, virtually in New York State • 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML. • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing technologies with Azure experience preferred. • Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. • Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and predictive/generative AI modeling. • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth • Humility to play as a team • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction Education Requirements • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field is preferred.
