The VP of Cancer Care Program Services (CCPS) will lead the enterprise-wide strategy, development, and execution of a differentiated, programmatic approach to oncology service delivery. This role will be responsible for establishing and scaling the Cancer Care Program Services business, which partners with health systems to design, implement, and optimize oncology programs across a diverse range of customer maturity levels.
The successful candidate will bring a bold vision for the future of cancer care and a track record of delivering system-level transformation through innovation, partnerships, data-driven outcomes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Program Development

  • Lead the creation and execution of the CCPS strategy, delivering differentiated value through four core deal types:
    • Core Oncology Program
    • Strategic Improvement & Growth Planning
    • Oncology Program Transformation
    • New Program Development
    • Define the CCPS value proposition from the customer’s perspective, tailoring offerings to health systems at varying stages of oncology program maturity (Starter, Builder, Accelerator, Innovator).
    Program Execution Across Four Pillars
    • Design: Oversee program consulting strategy, portfolio design, and capability mapping tailored to customer needs.
    • Implement: Build and manage the implementation and customer success model to ensure high-impact delivery.
    • Analyze: Lead data and outcomes analytics to evaluate program performance and continuous improvement.
    • Transform: Drive innovation through strategic partnerships, emerging technologies, and new business models in oncology care.
    Operational Excellence & Commercial Enablement
    • Define scalable operating models that align with customer segments and internal capabilities.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and regional delivery teams to support commercial enablement and deal execution.
    • Develop playbooks, tools, and frameworks to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across all engagements.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align with enterprise functions including clinical, digital, commercial, finance, and product teams to integrate enabling components such as:
    • Data & outcomes analytics
    • Workforce and education management
    • Digital oncology optimization
    • Cost savings and revenue management
    • Equipment and technology integration
  • Foster strategic relationships with academic centers, cancer institutes, and industry partners to stay ahead of clinical and technological innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field preferred; clinical or medical background preferred but not required.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in oncology services, healthcare consulting, or healthcare delivery transformation.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling complex healthcare service lines, preferably across a multi-site or health system environment.
  • Deep understanding of cancer care delivery models, clinical workflows, and the evolving oncology landscape, including precision medicine and digital health.
  • Expertise in enterprise program development, strategy consulting, implementation science, and outcomes measurement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into scalable business models.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and advancing health equity in oncology.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and build coalitions across functions and geographies.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is
Min $255,290 - Max $382,930
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
