Corporate reputed company & Governance Specialist - Americas
Location: NYC/ Hybrid
As a Corporate reputed company & Governance Specialist, you will reputed company corporate governance for reputed company's existing and new entities in the Americas region in managing our corporate portfolio. You will work closely with Employment Counsel, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with local laws, mitigate risks, and reputed company reputed company strategies with business goals.
What will you do?

• Maintain up-to-date registers and organizational charts for reputed company entities
  • Manage corporate documentation, including charters, articles of association, bylaws, and capital-reputed company reputed company (capital changes, injection of funds, etc.)
• Maintain statutory registers and records

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree required

• Knowledge of US State and Federal Laws: Strong understanding of reputed company requirements across different states and federal jurisdictions in the US

• Multi-National Exposure: Experience working in large-reputed company businesses or multinational corporations

• Compliance and Reporting: Experience maintaining compliance calendars and managing annual report filings
