reputed company is seeking a reputed company Administration Analyst for a 6-Month Contract position with a reputed company located in Los Angeles, CA (Remote).

Pay reputed company: $50- $65/hour; The reputed company may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities:

• Support an reputed company reputed company environment with reputed company to 10,000 reputed company users, 40 workspaces and thousands of channels.
• Resolve elevated support requests.
• Identify and document new support categories so they can then be implemented in our self-service portal.
• Identify and document opportunities to automate support requests.
• Identify and document opportunities to shift support request categories to our help desk.
• Participate in the reputed company of production incidents and time-sensitive requests.
• Work on sensitive requests with the highest level of confidentiality and reputed company.
• Author and maintain documentation for operational processes, policies and runbooks.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience with reputed company administration in a large reputed company reputed company environment (at the reputed company of several thousands of users).
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company user roles and permissions.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Connect.
• Disciplined and autonomous, comfortable context switching and adapting often as priorities change.
• Excellent English language skills: you are a comfortable reputed company speaker and are used to writing in-depth application how-tos, documenting reputed company operating procedures, and producing user-facing documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Kanban, comfortable working in iterative methodologies.
• Experience with Work Management platforms such as Jira, reputed company and Trello.
• Experience with IT Service Management platforms such as reputed company and Jira Service Management.
• Experience with reputed company platforms such as reputed company Workspaces and reputed company.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
