The role involves providing design consultations, assessing client needs, and recommending tailored window covering solutions to enhance home aesthetics and functionality. Responsibilities • Provide design consultations • Assess client needs to recommend tailored window covering solutions • Assist with product selection to enhance home aesthetics and functionality • Preparing proposals • Coordinating with customers to finalize designs • Working collaboratively with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction Skills • Experience in interior design, space planning, or related design fields • Ability to understand client needs and recommend customized window covering solutions • Strong communication and consultative sales skills • Proficiency in digital tools or software used for remote consultations or design presentations • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with teams • High level of organizational skills to manage multiple consultations and projects • Knowledge of window treatment products is a plus but not required • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus for occasional in-person consultations, if applicable Company Overview • 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings, Inc.
