Account Manager Executive

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. Were looking for a German speaking Account Manager Executive.

Position: Account Manager Executive

Location: remote reputed company Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: reputed company salary + performance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• reputed company on small and reputed company-sized business (SMB) sales through primarily outbound activities.
• reputed company, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive reputed company reputed company.
• Manage, monitor, and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals and sales plans.
• reputed company and reputed company customer feedback to relevant teams to ensure reputed company follow-up and reputed company.
• Prepare and deliver reputed company and technical proposals that meet both reputed company needs and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the companys CRM system, ensuring reputed company documentation of reputed company sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Intermediate or fluent verbal and written in German (reputed company). As reputed company as, strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or business development environment.
• Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting.
• Previous experience working with reputed company or in a channel sales environment.
