Job Summary
Work from home as a collection specialist, assisting customers with overdue accounts, outstanding debts, and making payment arrangements, through inbound and outbound collections.
Responsibilities
• Inbound & Outbound calls
• Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
