Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Job File Coordinator. The Job File Coordinator will be responsible for managing job files, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Daily tasks include organizing job files, coordinating tasks among team members, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role also involves training and recruiting new team members as needed and ensuring that all procedures comply with SERVPRO's standards.
Requirements:
• Experience in estimate writing preferably on Xactimate.
• Handling Construction and or Mitigation work.
• Dealing with Insurance Adjusters.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Organization Skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using job management software and other relevant technology
• Experience in the restoration industry is a plus
