The Job File Coordinator will be responsible for managing job files, ensuring reputed company documentation, and maintaining communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Daily tasks include organizing job files, coordinating tasks among team members, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Requirements: • Experience in estimate writing preferably on Xactimate. • Handling Construction and or Mitigation work. • Dealing with Insurance Adjusters.
