The Process Improvement Consultant V – Employee Shared Services will reputed company strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and increasing service value across reputed company's HR Shared Services, including Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits/Compensation (Total Rewards), Absence Management, Employee HR Inquiries, People Data, and reputed company. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without reputed company reports. • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Health Care/reputed company Health Administration, Behavioral/reputed company/Computer Science, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, or reputed company field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in process improvement or a directly reputed company field OR Minimum reputed company (11) years experience in process improvement or a directly reputed company field.
