Responsibilities
• Implement and iterate on the creative vision for The Science of Scaling format
• Appear as on-camera talent and develop new opportunities for the channel
• Set high standards for production quality, working with the team to develop compelling episode editorial and regularly testing new formats
• Constantly test, learn, and iterate on winning content strategies—whether through new series segments, distribution approaches, or featured guests
• Work closely with the Supervising producer to drive show growth and optimize content performance
• Oversee production resources and foster a culture of excellence among the production team
Skills
• Experience creating successful video content with demonstrated audience growth
• 5+ years of video production and YouTube experience
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills essential
• Passion for business scaling topics and ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content
• Deep understanding of video storytelling and content optimization
• Exceptional collaboration, organization, and leadership abilities
• Data-driven approach to content strategy, using metrics to inform creative decisions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding audience growth targets
• Ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency
• Flexible mindset with willingness to adapt based on audience feedback and performance data
