Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Program Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy Flexible / Hybrid / Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time Considered Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant who loves coaching, encouraging, and building relationships with patients? Do you believe that consistency between clinic visits is key to patient success? Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is expanding our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program, and we are looking for a PTA with great communication skills, confidence, and compassion to serve as a Care Navigator within our patient support team. Experience with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring is required! About Us Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy organization with over 26 years of providing one-on-one, patient-centered care across Maryland and Delaware. What This Role Involves As part of our RTM Team, you will support patients in-between their clinic visits to increase home program consistency and overall outcomes.
