Job Title: IT Help Desk / Call Center Analyst
Location: DDS Headquarters – Conyers, GA (Local candidates only)
Type: Onsite | Contract

Overview:
Seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Analyst with Call Center experience to provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external users in a fast-paced, customer service–focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle high-volume support calls and resolve Tier 1 hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and assist with Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, and Apple iOS.
• Provide external user support for website access, password resets, and online account management.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and document all support activities.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years IT Help Desk / Call Center experience (required)
• 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting (Outlook, MS Office, Windows)
• Vocational/Technical degree in Computer Technology or related field
• Knowledge of Apple iOS
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Spanish bilingual preferred
