Customer Service Pharmacy Technician
Job Description:
• Handle 25-30 calls (IB & OB)
• Ensure process efficiency – Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications.
• Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
• Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including Shipping, insurance, and payment information.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, or GED required.
• Relevant experience or a willingness to learn.
• Must reside in the State of Arizona.
• Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• Valid Arizona State pharmacy technician license is required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working prescriptions claims and knowledge of rejections helpful.
