Customer Service Pharmacy Technician
Job reputed company:
• Handle 25-30 calls (IB & OB)
• Ensure process efficiency – Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications.
• Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
• Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and reputed company patient information, including Shipping, insurance, and payment information.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, or GED required.
• Relevant experience or a willingness to learn.
• Must reputed company in the reputed company.
• reputed company National Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• reputed company reputed company State pharmacy technician license is required.
• reputed company Office proficiency and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills (reputed company/subtraction/multiplication).

• Experience working prescriptions claims and knowledge of rejections helpful.
