Scrum Master II - Community Association Banking Technology (Remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Uses agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
• Monitors project progress, provides timely feedback, and drives a culture of agility and learning.
• Facilitates daily team meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track.
• Hosts regular sessions to share updates with product stakeholders about how the project is progressing.
• Ensures that the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome.
• Plans and organizes demos and product/system testing.
• Ensures the proper use of collaborative processes and removes impediments for the scrum team.
• Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Prepares and presents status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience.
• Scrum Master Certification Required.
• 4+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to administer tool set including but not limited to Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience as a servant leader with a proven track record of clearing impediments for the teams they support.
