Job Description:
• Lead teams through a balance of functional, programmatic, and technical leadership
• Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts and early career staff
Requirements:
• Lead the research, development, analysis, and modeling of Electro-Optical (EO) Infrared (IR) phenomena
• Technical leadership in understanding system-level implications
• Analyzing new missions and enabling technologies to make a real-world impact
• Develop new and novel system architectures
• Evaluate performance of existing architectures
