Genetic Counseling Assistant

Position reputed company Genome Medical is searching for a Genetic Counseling Assistant (GCA) - a motivated, detail-oriented individual passionate about supporting high-reputed company, patient-centered genetic care. The ideal candidate will have a background in genetics, biology, psychology, or a reputed company field and a strong interest in learning directly from genetic counselors in a telehealth environment. The GCA plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by assisting genetic counselors, managing reputed company- and post-appointment tasks, and ensuring efficient accurate communication between patients, providers, and partners. This role requires adaptability, professionalism and the ability to balance time-sensitive responsibility with reputed company and precision. GCAs collaborate closely with other members of the GCA team and work in partnership with Genetic Counselors, team leads, and other Genome Medical staff to deliver exceptional care and streamline clinical operations.
