The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing property damage across various perils and a solid understanding of insurance claims investigation and industry guidelines. Proficiency in Xactimate is highly preferred.** Key Responsibilities • For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps from those areas to reputed company best outcome • Demonstrates intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by reputed company, the industry, and organizational relationships reputed company reputed company and department • Handles investigation regarding most aspects of homeowner first party claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with the exercise of discretion and independence reputed company increased level of authority • Recognizes and identifies key components of residential construction and repair • Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills • Demonstrates a basic understanding of systems and technology used reputed company reputed company • Learns how to determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle Experience • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors. including the reputed company compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay, (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
