We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Referral Coordinator who will serve as a crucial liaison between our patients, providers, Plans, and internal team. As the Referral Coordinator, you will manage and facilitate the referral process, ensuring that our patients receive prompt communication and timely care. You will champion our patient care continuity by navigating insurance and health care requirements. You will work cross functionally with the care team to ensure high patient advocacy while maintaining clear and efficient communication for all stakeholders involved.This role is 100% remote; however, candidates must be based in the United States. Please note that we currently require all team members in this role to work PST hours.What You'll Do:Own key Ops Support initiativesProcess, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely scheduling of appointments Schedule PCP and / or specialist appointments for our patientsCoordinate with pharmacies (meds has been received, meds have been picked up, etc)Verify patient PCP and insurance (including prior auth requirements)Coordinate Release of InformationAssist with non-urgent patient follow up and/or information collectionWhat You'll Need: 1+ years of backend healthcare and/or operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment providing administrative and operational support Confidence to own your role and propose solutions to be successful Bilingual - English/Spanish A results driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicatorsYou are reliable and comfortable in an environment that is ever-changing to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities through increased access to high-quality careStrong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously and comfortable troubleshooting software and hardware issues (as they arise)Excellent proficiency with technology, like GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools)Requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant and internet connected spaceDedicated to supporting and improving the care for many underserved populationsBecause We Value You:Compensation: $22-23/hour (depending on experience)Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance401k planFlexible vacation policy - take the time you need to rechargeWe provide the equipment needed for the role - laptop, monitor, etc.Monthly $100 work from home expense stipend for your WFH daysMileage/gas reimbursement for your on-site days, if applicable Opportunity for rapid career progression with plenty of room for personal growth!Pair Team is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
