VMS Order Management: Work with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to manage job orders, submit candidates, and ensure reputed company placements. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, reputed company media, database mining, networking, and cold calling to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
