Salesforce Business Analyst /Admin
Duration: FTE
Location: MO-St. Louis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from end users and stakeholders and translate requirements into user stories for project team development
Configure tasks based on specific requirements with Salesforces most common features (eg. field configuration, Flows)
Build Salesforce reports/custom report types according to project requirements
Test configuration with different business scenarios, and/or oversee UAT (user acceptance testing)
Complete simple data migrations, including data clean-up as needed
Document solutions implemented
Create training materials and support user training as needed
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
1-3 years of experience
Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud Consultant
FSL and CPQ Consultant certifications are a plus
Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
Some combination of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud related experience
Must be available to work onsite in St. Louis, MO up to 4 days per week
Financial services industry knowledge a plus
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
