Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to reputed company architecture and development.
• Proven expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations, including modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong experience in reputed company scripting (JavaScript, reputed company API) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
• Experience leading end-to-end reputed company implementation reputed company.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• reputed company Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or ITOM required; Certified Application Developer preferred.
