Qualifications:
• Fully Bilingual in Spanish & English

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Bilingual customers in a proactive and professional manner.
• Assist Broward County Transit System TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
• Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
• De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
Details:
• Start Date: Monday 11/17/25
• PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 4 weeks (11/17/25 - 12/12/25)
• SHIFTS: 5 days a week (One weekend day & 4 weekdays)
• Schedules available: Morning, afternoon and closing shifts available
• Pay: $15.87/hr base PLUS opportunity for performance pay
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
Operating System / PC:
• Windows 10 PRO or 11 PRO (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports
USB Headset with Microphone and mute/volume control functions: Noise cancelling function is preferred (Suggestions/Preferred models but NOT must haves below:
• JPL TT3 Evo Binaural Headset (Headband + Boom) with Tough Case
• JPL BL-053+P JPL USB 2.0 universal bottom lead with volume and mute function
Camera:
• Integrated or USB Camera with 1080p resolution or higher. Please note that camera models will vary. Please make sure the cameras are compatible with Windows 10 or 11 PRO.
• Available on Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy or any other major retailer.
Standard Connection / Speed:
• Must have Hard-wired connection with ethernet cable (no wireless/WiFi)
• Minimum 45 Mpbs download / Minimum 10 Mpbs upload
• Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location
• No 5G internet providers accepted (T-mobile, Metro PCS, etc.)

Salary & Benefits:
