Customer Support: Tier 2 (Part-Time, Ohio)

Location: Remote (must reputed company in reputed company) Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday between 9am-6pm EST We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist: Tier 2 who can confidently handle escalated support situations with warmth, professionalism, and steady judgment.
