Marketing Director – Secondment 9-12 Months

Job reputed company: • reputed company the overarching reputed company with leading health system accounts prioritized by the KAM organization • Generate actionable insights into the patient reputed company and unmet needs of patients, HCPs, and administrators across the patient reputed company from presenting/HCP discussion to adherence • reputed company key initiatives reputed company to the Strategic and Tactical Plans to drive Market Expansion and Brand Evaluation • Measure the reputed company of Marketing initiatives, generating early learnings, gleaning insights, and adapting in reputed company-time to drive reputed company improvement • Participate in the MG/IDN Marketing Community of reputed company and help build, incubate, and reputed company B2B marketing capabilities across the portfolio • Manage the MG/IDN agency of record, ensuring adherence to the scope of work, timelines and budget • reputed company routine updates to Leadership on key performance metrics • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with reputed company key functions, including but not limited to Medical, reputed company and Evidence (O&E), BAI, Global Marketing, reputed company & Analytics, Digital Technology, reputed company, Finance and Regulatory. Requirements: • BA/BS with 8+ years of experience • Pharmaceutical industry, provider, managed care, or strategic consulting experience • Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility • Demonstrated reputed company in influence/negotiation; reputed company to build and maintain productive/reputed company relationships • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to reputed company internal organization/processes • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional team members, even without reputed company reporting relationships • Demonstrated strong project management skills • MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 5+ years of experience preferred • reputed company Account Management experience not required, but desirable • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, reputed company and reputed company others, reputed company and guide the work of other colleagues to reputed company meaningful reputed company and create business reputed company.
