Your core responsibilities will include: * **Providing guidance**: educating customers on best practices, driving adoption, and increasing renewal rates * **Troubleshooting**: resolving technical issues and liaising with our development team to ensure seamless customer experiences * **Onboarding**: proactively reaching out to customers to help them get the most out of our platform * **Documentation**: assisting with research, documentation, and other side projects as needed * **Feedback**: providing customer-focused feedback to other teams and inspiring a success mindset throughout the organization **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualities. Here's what we're looking for: * **Passion for customer success**: you're driven by a desire to deliver exceptional experiences and help people achieve their goals * **Language skills**: native proficiency in verbal and written English and effective communication in at least one other language (Spanish, French, German, or Dutch) * **Customer support experience**: a proven track record of working in customer support or success for a SaaS product * **Technical knowledge**: comfort with troubleshooting issues and a willingness to learn and improve your technical skills * **Communication skills**: excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex subjects into simple, clear language * **Problem-solving**: a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving, with a strong desire to learn and improve * **Emotional intelligence**: the ability to remain calm under stress and empathize with customers, even in challenging situations * **Self-sufficiency**: the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed * **Feedback**: a willingness to receive and provide feedback to help others improve * **Adaptability**: a flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adjust to changing priorities **Bonus Points** If you have experience with HubSpot, Confluence, Jira, or support ticketing platforms, that's a definite plus!
