Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
- Quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions
- Must live in Georgia to apply to this requisition
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a professional and positive attitude
- Courteous telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
