**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer experiences through critical thinking, solution-oriented approaches, and attention to detail
* Driving successful outcomes for customers through results-driven work

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience
* Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) service organization or 1 year of experience in equivalent job(s) preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (Office 365, Dynamics) preferred
* Distribution/supply chain/logistics experience a plus but not required
