**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and you'll be an internal advocate for clients with blithequark by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with blithequark. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Accounts: Managing a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments
* Risk: Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
* Relationships: Building relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
* Product: Being the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
* Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
* Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company
* A strong desire to be in the technology space
* A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
* Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
* A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
* A solid track record of achievement, with a history of delivering quantifiable business impact
* A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
* Curiosity and a desire to make an impact
