- Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February, and manage heavy call volumes during this period
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
- Utilize gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School/GED or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers
- Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Remote Customer Service Agent – Seasonal, you will need:
- An appropriate workspace in your home, with a private or semi-private area free from distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings, such as a desk and chair, and sufficient lighting
