Key Responsibilities

  • Work remotely from your home office, utilizing the computer and equipment provided by blithequark
  • Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February, and manage heavy call volumes during this period
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
  • Utilize gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School/GED or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers
  • Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Remote Customer Service Agent – Seasonal, you will need:

  • An appropriate workspace in your home, with a private or semi-private area free from distractions and background noise
  • A workspace with adequate furnishings, such as a desk and chair, and sufficient lighting
  • A minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection, with the ability to hardwire directly to a modem
