**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately documenting call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and resolution
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Schedule**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work a flexible schedule that includes:
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Rotating holidays as needed
**Compensation and Benefits**

* Pay: $16.20/hr

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
