You will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, managing and processing medical and prescription claims, and addressing questions related to medical and pharmaceutical billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from customers and patients regarding prescriptions and pharmacy services.
- Effectively manage and process medical and prescription claims.
- Address questions related to medical and pharmaceutical billing.
- Assist patients with verifying their medical insurance and exploring available payment options.
- Utilize your strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization to provide exceptional support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, contingent upon experience. Additionally, you will enjoy flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts available between 7 AM - 7 PM CST (8 AM - 8 PM EST). Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
