About the Role
As a Junior Dental Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our customers and our production team, ensuring that our final products meet the exact specifications of our dental professionals. You will be working closely with our team of experts to provide top-notch support, resolve issues, and assist doctors in planning cases using our cutting-edge software. Your primary channels of communication will be phone and email, and you will be handling both independent and collaborative cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete department training requirements under direct supervision to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our software and services
- Conduct surgical case planning with doctors to provide personalized support and guidance
- Provide product assistance via phone and email to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Conduct product training with new customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Follow up with surgical case progress to guarantee timely and successful outcomes
- Build a professional working relationship with doctors to foster trust and collaboration
- Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team to drive continuous improvement
- Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision to expand your skill set
- Successfully pass validation training to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to quality
- Handle complaints and resolve kickbacks in a professional and efficient manner
- Receive and process 3rd party data to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned to support the growth and success of blithequark
Essential Qualifications
